BLOODY 'ELL!!

Pardon my french but FUCK THIS WEEK, GADDAMN THIS BLOODY WEEK INTO MILLIONS OF FUCKIN BITS!!!! (Phew, it feels sooooo good to say that! The healing power of expletives!) I know am supposed to be grateful for the air I breath and all the blessings bestowed upon me and blah blah blah, and I truly am, but forgive me if I take just a few moments to be really pissed at this week.

Due to some stupid teeth that decided to rebel and grow sideways I had to go for a stooopid procedure that cost an arm and a kidney and left me looking like spongebob square jaw! Over and on top of all of that, I can't eat anything but soup. I swear, if I have another spoonful of chicken soup I shall hurl!!! I won't even mention the fact that I cant talk properly and due to the freaking meds I'm a drooling idiot!! (WOOOOOOSAH!!) Needless to say, the relaxing getaway I had scheduled for this weekend is not happenin.....

And on a sadder and more personal note my granddad, who has played a crucial role in my growing up suffered a second stroke this week. I have known for a long time that I might leave the country this time and not find him alive when I get back but that doesn't make it any easier. And I'm trying not to mourn but seeing him so disoriented, not knowing where he is, knowing that each time I see him might be the last, it takes a toll on me, and I can't help it.

I think I just need this week to be over and done with. It may seem that am ranting about petty things when there are so many bigger issues out there but please just allow me this moment of weakness.......

Off now to go find a huge rock to curl up under, hopefully when I emerged I'll be able to eat a nice hot sandwhich with bacon and tomatoes and onions and french beans and lots of melted cheese...... (I drool, I drool!!)
